Our Story

Five years ago, Mo and Evelyn moved to the West Bergen neighborhood of Jersey City. They quickly fell in love with its charm—the vibrant energy, the rich blend of cultures, and the sense of community that made every day feel special. As their family grew, they wanted to contribute to that community by creating a local spot where everyone could enjoy a great meal or a leisurely brunch close to home. Inspired by the spirit of Westside, they set out to create a welcoming, community-centered restaurant where people could gather, share delicious food, and make lasting memories. With that vision in mind, Mo and Evelyn opened BOWL BURGER BISTRO, a place where neighbors become friends over hearty breakfasts, lively brunches, and dinners that celebrate the neighborhood’s diverse flavors. For them, it was never just about the food—it was about fostering connection and giving back to the neighborhood they love.
